SHIPPING POLICY

At MyHeroId, our priority is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below, we detail the terms and conditions related to the shipping of our products.

1. PROCESSING AND PREPARATION TIMES

All orders are handled with the utmost speed.

  • Preparation Time: Orders are processed, verified, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days following purchase confirmation.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • During periods of high demand (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Sales), processing time may be slightly extended.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Once the order has left our warehouse, the estimated transport times are as follows:

  • Standard Transit Time: 8 to 11 business days.

  • Note: "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Total Estimated Time: Adding preparation and shipping, the customer should receive their order within approximately 9 to 14 business days from the moment of purchase.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your Tracking Number.

  • The tracking number may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

  • If you do not receive the tracking email within 5 business days of making your purchase, please contact us at soportemyheroid@gmail.com.

4. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

  • MyHeroId is not responsible for lost orders or orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you detect an error in your address, contact us immediately at soportemyheroid@gmail.com within the first 24 hours. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to modify the address.

5. DELAYS AND INCIDENTS

Although we strive to meet the indicated deadlines, MyHeroId is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures (if applicable).

  • Transport or postal strikes.

  • Adverse weather conditions.

  • Other force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

6. UNDELIVERED OR REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If the carrier attempts to deliver the package and no one is available to receive it, they will leave a notice or attempt to contact you. If, after several attempts or the stipulated time has passed, the package is returned to our facilities due to lack of collection or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
